Valley Ties Neighborhood Picnic 2019 CNY RISE Center, Zen Center of Syracuse, Unity Church of Syracuse, and Academy Green Neighborhood Association organized the Third Annual Valley Ties Neighborhood Picnic to celebrate our diversity among different communities.
