Muslims across the globe will be celebrating the holy month of Ramadan and will be fasting from dawn until dusk. Ramadan is not only about abstaining from food, it is also about charity, building character, and understanding.

Dinner will be served at 8:30pm after a presentation on "United Against Violence".

Halal and Kosher Ramadan Dinner will be served at 8:30pm after the "Maghrib Prayer" and a presentation on "United Against Violence".

CNY RISE Center organized its 5th Annual Community Ramadan Dinner. Guests and members broke fast together at sun down on Thursday, May 17, 2018. The event started with a presentation about "Jesus in Islam" followed by azan recital which is call to a prayer, then everyone in attendance enjoyed some Turkish food. We're looking forward to the next community Ramadan dinner.

CNY RISE Center and American Baptist Church members had a Ramadan dinner together at American Baptist Church.

CNY RISE Center volunteers opened their doors to CNY RISE Center friends to have Ramadan dinner together.

CNY RISE Center Women Club organized a “Ladies Iftar Panel” as a community Ramadan Dinner for the women of the Syracuse community. There were representatives of several faith traditions and they all shared the practice of “fasting” within their own religion. After a rich conversation, all guests joined the Muslim women to break their fast during Ramadan.
